Error Message

I have been trying to download a book from the library to my Kobo Forma and receive the following message:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ACT_NOT_READY

I have tried to de-authorize my computer but Adobe doesn't recognize my password that I just created. I tried the digital assistant at Adobe which qwas a complete waste of time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
