Error message CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED

I have been trying to load a library book on my Nook Glowlight 3. I created an Adobe ID to do so, after not being able to use my OverDrive account to Authorize ADE. I tried to upload the book to the Nook and I received the "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy this book" message.  How can this be fixed?

This is the same thing that I am currently haveing

 my nook says the same thing I was able to load into the app but not the nook for two days now still no avail I had adobe digital editions before when I had my sonyprs-300 I don't remember having this much trouble i mean we.should be able to load directly from public library not using a bunch of apps with 

my other nook I was able to add a library link

and used the overdrive app
