Error message "Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."

Hi again, I also get the above error message when I try to add an .acsm e-book to my ADE library on my PC (Windows 7, ADE 3.0). Is this also something I can fix or do I have to wait for Adobe to "fix" the server.  The fact that I can access other websites - and post this question - shows that I can access the internet.  Thanks in advance.  Maggie
