Error message downloading .acsm books. Help Please?

I downloaded two bought .acsm books from Google Play Store with no problems but when I went to download the third I get this Message. Error getting license.  License Servor Communication Problem.  E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED.  Can someone please help me. Thank You. Nannykins
