error message downloading selected books

When attempting to download, using ADE 4.5, some e-books (not all) recently purchased from TIM Reading (Italy) I get the message : errore di recupero licenza "E_AUTH_BAD DEVICE_KEY_OR_PCKS". Will appreciate recommendations .
