ERROR MESSAGE: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

i added the ebook to the library and i keep getting this error message. i erased authorization and tried again but still the same error message

please do something to resolve this, i cannot use the ebook anymore and i need it!
