Error message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hello. This is really frustrating. I just bought an e-book from a norwegian bookhandler website. I figured out that this was an ACSM file and that I needed to install Adobe Digital Editions. Further on I made an account on Adobe and autorized my computer. When I tried to download my e-book, the error message 

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER showed up. I have de-authorized and re-authorized my computer, reinstalled ADE, turned my computer on and off, but I still keep getting the error. Can someone please help me with this.
