Error message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Yesterday I bought an ebook for the first time. I was advised to download Adobe Digital Editions, so I did. I was asked to make an ID or to continue without autorised ID. So I choose without autorised ID (because I didn't had one). I was able to read the book, perfect. BUT, my boss needed this book online. I send him the acsm file but he couldn't download it. So we made a new ID and logged in, in the hope we can share the book at this way. After this action, I constantly received this error message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I contacted the book shop and Adobe helpdesk (referred me to this forum). On the website of Adobe I read this unfortenately: "After deactivating an anonymous login, the same anonymous login cannot be used again."

My question to Adobe: Is there anything you can do to resolve this please (reset something, new acsm-token)? This would be a huge help because right now we can NOT USE the ebook anymore. Very sad.
