Error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I bought a book from Irwinlaw website. I was advised to use Adobe because it's an ACSM file. I followed all the steps from downloading ADE, authorizing the computer, then I tried to open the ACSM file and it showed the error message: Unable to download Error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. I have tried unauthorizing computer, uninstall ADE, install again and authorized again. But nothing works. I'm quite desperated now. Please if anyone knows how to fix this, kindly help me!!!
