Error message stops me from opening a purchased book

When I first bought the book and was using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 everything was working perfectly, the problem for a while now is I cannot get access to my purchased book even though I still have 83 more days of access to it. To help show the problem I have attached a picture showing the error message I receive. Help me please, thank you.
