error message when trying to open an ebook

Hello everybody,

when trying to open an ebook I get the following message

"Unable to download. Error getting Licence. License Server Communication. Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12".

I re-installed the Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.11, I have authorised it on my computer, but I didn't succed to open the book.

Please, help me 🙂
