I'm unable to download books to my Kobo eReader. I keep getting a msg 'Activation Limit Exceed'

Can anyone help me please?

    It means what it says. You have to contact support to reset your account.

    Thank You.

    I did that & the 1st agent told me he could not help and referred me to this forum. I tried getting help from another agent and got my matter resolved by Sunil.

    I guess it's just a matter of getting a more helpful and /or knowledgeable agent
