Error on loading downling from Lib. to adobe editions

I have been downloading e-books from my local library for 2 years, Yesterday when downloading an e-book from my library to adobe editions, I get an error message and it wont download. Still can

't download today

Message is:

Error getting licence. Server communications Problems,

E_:IC.LICENST-SIGN error,
