Error on page navigation

Hi everyone! Would like to ask for help if anybody got a solution already on the ADE regardless of versions in Windows 10 in terms of navigating pages of the book in ADE.

Having a problem on this ever since I installed it today. I imported an authorized book and it just doesn't go to the page quickly. Have to click on any function in ADE (i.e. Fit to Page, full screen button) just so it goes to display the page number i scrolled into (e.g. I scrolled from page 1 to 2, it displays page 2 but the content is stuck at page 1).
