I have a problem with opening e-book.

I have installed adobe digital editions 4.5.7.179634. I have created account on adobe.com website. I have authorized program (in help panel of the program there is an information tkat computer is already authorized)

When i download adobe content service massage for my two e-books and when i want to add them to my liberary there is a massage:
