Error: Too many activations

Greetings.

We are authorizing our tablets and laptops to use our licensed ebooks with every possible device.
So far we have been able to activate 10 tablets and 4 PCs, but as soon as we try to activate another tablet we find such error message (Too Many Activations).

We have been told that we had to post in this forum to get this problem fixed.
