Error were encountered in this item

I have bought a protected e-book from Bloomsbury Publishing. I have followed the procedure and the book was transferred in the Adobe Digital Edition but when I am trying to open the book I received a message <Unable to open the ''........'' - Error were encountered in this item>. I have installed and re-installed the ADE many times and I have erased the authorization and re-authorized the computer but the result it's the same.

Please give me some solutions to this problem.
