Error when I try to authorize with Adobe ID

When I try to authorize on Digital Editions or Bluefire reader with my Adobe ID I get the following error message:

E_ADEPT_ACCOUNTINFO_CONNECTION_EXCEPTION HTTP://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/GetCredentialList 

http://decommissioned.adobe.com/decommissioned  

I have changed my password and reinstalled the app on my iphone but the error remains.
