Error when launching program

Error "Unable to download Error getting License, License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" when trying to download a .acsm copy of my digital PDF version of purchased book. I have already activated the program on my home computer using my adobe ID and also activated the program on my work computer. I am currently receiving the error on my work computer.
