Error when trying to open a book in Ibooks

Hey I can't download and open a book in Ibooks from ADE, I really need help. It says that the book has an error.

In the webpage where I bought my Ebook it says that if I download it in ADE, I can export the book to Ibooks, but is says that the book has an error
