Error when trying to open acsm file

Hello

Have been trying to open acsm file on ADE 3.0 on my Windows 10 PC but keep getting the following error message:

Unable to download

Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN

Have been looking on forums and for videos for answers but haven't found a solution yet. Anyone have any ideas? I've tried opening the file directly and from ADE 3.0 itself but the same message pops up. Very frustrating.

    Has you try to redownload the file? Sometimes ist a error in the Download in the File. Also should try if other *ACSM files works.
