Error while trying to open a book

Hello everyone!

I’m desparate for help.I bought a licensed book and it doesn’t open on my laptop. I contacted the bookstore and it is clear that the problem is with Adobe. This is the error I’m getting:

I’ve downloaded another program Pocketbook but while trying to login in adobe acount there it gives error “user activation fail”.

I’m logged in to my Adobe account, email is the same, I don’t understand how do I fix that. Can someone please help?
