Every time I minimize Adobe Digital Editions it stops running. Windows says it is looking for a solution to the problem. What can I do?

I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 installed.  Everything works until I try to minimize the program.  When I do that the program crashes.  Windows tells me the program has stopped working.  What can I do?

    I get this same issue continuously. I've reinstalled the app, reinstalled Windows but on every one of my Windows devices as soon as I minimize the app it crashes.
