Exporting markers

Hello, everyone. Hope it's everything fine with you all.

I am coordinating the production of an ebook and our proofreader added some markers on the file, in order to show us what corrections should be made. But when she tried to send us the file, the markers didn't appear. Is there any way to see those markers other than in her computer? It would be even acceptable if we logged in her account in another computer, but I don't know how to logout from my Adobe Id.

Anyone able to help us?
