Failure message - E_LIC_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Dear all,

I installed digital editions. I downloaded the bought "urlink" file and opened it within digital editions. Then some problems with the adobe ID happened. I refreshed the password and then I was able to license my computer. After this I wanted to open the ebook and transfer it to my Tolino, but then I got the following failure message: E_LIC_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

What can I do to open and import the ebook to my toline. I already spent lot of time without any success.
