Faulty download

I had a library book on hold.  I got the e-mail saying it was available.  I down loaded it and did all the proper steps to load it to my noo.  It showed up on both my library and bookshelf on the nook but when I try to open it to read the error says "book has been returned."  What do I do now?

    Have you both devices authorize with the same Adobe ID?

    Yes, both are same and have been running successfully for over a year.

    Then seems a error with eBook of Library. Has you ask your Librar if he have Problem with the server?
