File Properties Missing. No Title nor Author...

Hi,

i used to have Title and Author in my Adobe XI generated  pdf file.  When i move the mouse to that pdf icon, it  formerly shows me the Title, Author, etc.  But now it is just showing "Type: Adobe Acrobat Document".  Am disappointed.  Why are these bad changes happening?   How can my Adobe XI show the icon's file proerties again?
