Firewall problem with DRM and docs.crypto-service.com

I have 14 computers behind Kerio firewall and when I open a DRM protected file with Adobe Digital Edition or a file that uses docs.crypto-service.com the pdf does not open. I already open docs.crypto-service.com for http and https but i still have the error like this "connect pc to network". Can help me please?
