Following a recent up-date of my Nook Color, I received an error message stating "No permission to copy documents here."  I was attempting to transfer downloaded epub library books from my computer to the Nook.  Barnes & Noble personnel attempted to install Overdrive.  During that installation process, Adobe Digital Editions failed to recognize my password.  A new password was requested.  However, ADE failed to recognize my e-mail address and would not complete the installation of Overdrive.  How do I resolve this problem?
