Font in epub

I have made an epub3 ebook from an InDesign CC2015 file. The epub file contains embedded Adobe Hypatia Pro font from Typekit.

Why does ADE 4.0 not show that font. It is replaced with a different font that overlaps characters.

The epub displays without any problem in Readium and in Ibooks on an Ipad.

Does anyone from ADE support read this forum. I do not know any other place to get help and I need to solve this problem for a client??
