For Adobe: I need a reset of number of authorizations for ADE

Adobe Customer Support,

I had a hard drive failure, and got the PC back this weekend.  I downloaded and installed ADE, but can't get it to do much.  It downloaded one library book, and then stopped loaded subsequent ebooks.  When I went to click on authorize the PC, I was not able to do so.  I think that through the years, I have exceeded the six devices authorized, between new PCs and IPADs.  I can provide my Adobe ID being used, via an email from Adobe.
