Forgot Adobe ID associated with Purchases

I am relatively new to Adobe Digital Editions and I have forgotten my Adobe ID that is associated with my purchases. 

Is there a way for me to figure our what Adobe ID is associate with my files? 

I still have access to download new copies from the store I purchased them from. Would I be able to download new copies and associate them with my known Adobe ID?
