Formatting Issues with ADE

Hello all,

I have recently purchased a book that was provided w/ a .acsm link.

I have installed the book and the formatting is terrible and makes it impossible to read.

I have attempted to change the size of the text (doesn't work), I have authorized and de-authorized (doesn't work). 

Nothing seems to work and I reached out to Adobe who said they don't have anybody to help with ADE concerns.

Anybody have a fix for this?
