Free Adobe electronic certified signatures compatible with FDA 21 CFR part 11?

Can anyone answer my question regarding Free Adobe e-signature feature? 

I want to sign documents using the "Certify tool " in Adobe Free. and I want to know if it is compatible with 21 CFR part 11 of FDA requirements. I know that Adobe has a Signature package for 21 CFR part 11 validation, but I am not sure if it applies to Free Adobe.
