Galaxt Tab 4 8; Authorised device, Library will not show

Have authorised device. I have checked in settings auto-download. Version of app is 4.5.11.187202

Tried close app and restarting it etc. Tried swiping down on library screen to refresh with filter to purchased. Nothing works.

I have no issues with the PC desktop version of ADE
