Gerät Kobo Aura wird von Adobe digital editions nicht erkannt

Ja gerät wird soweit ich das erkennen kann vom PC erkannt. Zum ausdocken klick ich ja immer unten rechts auf das Symbol. Dann kommt, dass ich den ereader jetzt ausdocken kann.
