Sorry to hear that you are facing some issues while contacting the German Support team.

I checked and see that you have sufficient activations available under the Adobe ID you are using here on Adobe forums. In case there is a different Adobe ID for which you would like to get the activations reset, then you may PM that to me and I will get the activations reset for you.
