getting Activation Server Error code E_AUTH_NOT_READY

i am having an activation issue with Adobe Digital Editions v4.5.11 on my new windows 11 notebook.
When selecting Help and then Authorize Computer, I get error: Activation Server error. code E_AUTH_NOT_READY. Digital Editions encountered an error on the Activation Server.

With my old notebook reading epub ebooks works fine.

I was told by Adobe support to follow the instructions from:

As per instructions above, for windows, i managed to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions, on the old pc. On the new pc, deauthorization did not work, as on this pc I did not manage to perform any authorizations due to this error:

Activation Server error code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY. Digital Editions encountered an error on the Activation Server.

On my new pc, I then uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions (ADE), re-started my pc and installed ADE v4.5.11 again. I tried authorizing ADE, but I am still getting the same error from above.

I also tried the suggestion from the link below and deleted the Adept Key in the windows registry

I restarted Adobe Digital Editions v4.5.11 and the authorization failed again with the error above.

This same problem happened to me in 2019, when I changed pcs. Then I was able to call a real person in Adobe Support, who managed to solve this problem on the Adobe server.

Could you please help?
