Getting an E_ACT_CERTIFICATE_SYNTAX error

And unable to authorize computer.  The other discussion links had no replies.  Please help or give # for adobe support.  My nook is about to get lit on fire.  If I knew I would be having this much trouble I would have purchased a KINDLE.
