Getting error E_Google_Device_Limit_Reached

I spent money to buy a book online and it was digitally signed using adobe solution. Now when I am trying to open it on different system/ laptop even after signing using adobe ID I am getting error message as E_Google_Device_Limit_Reached

as per adobe - they don't sale this solution; google don't want to get into this and direct to adobe to reset limit. Where the hell customer will go who has spent their money on trusting brand like Adobe - I now started hating them. Making fool of customer and not solving the issue.
