Got a new PC and Adobe down load from 2015 is not there

Hi I need help. I contacted Adobe Digital editions through Chat and they were no help. Told me to come here. My old PC crashed and it had my Adobe Digital editions eBook on it. I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions on new PC and my eBook isn't on it. Is there any way to retrieve it so I don't have to re buy the eBook? Any Help would be appreciated. Susan
