Gurd... .ipa file content blank on iPad screen

Hi All...

I created .ipa file for checking on iPad 4 running IOS 8.3

The app icon loads to screen fine - but when I go to view the content I get the splash screen pop up and then just goes to blank white screen.

I have tried just about everything... recreated all certificates (mobileprovisions, even the P12 certs from scratch)

Deleted the build and recreated just about everything I can think of. Checked the assigned roles in DPS dashboard.

Included the correct url from the itunes connect record and shared secret into the account admin.

The adobe id is the same login throughout. App id is chosen correctly......

Any ideas before I go insane?
