Had opened my book but after refresh on computer I cannot open my book because it says that it has been opened by another user which is me.

Need this for an exam for tomorrow. I had downloaded everything but after I had to reboot my computer it said that I cannot open it because it has been opened by another user. I have the access key and everything I just want to be able to access what I paid for.
