Having authorization issues with a DRM ebooks

Hello, 

I have used Digital Edition for some time but recentle ran into an authorization issue with a DRM ebook from Avid Technologies.  When I either attempt to authorize the computer or open the eBook the login screen appears and I receive the messages attached below.  Any advice or suggestions would be fantastic.
