Having troubles with my adobe digital editions.

I am having trouble with the adobe digital editions, it won't let me open the app. for it, and I have already deleted it out of my computer completly and re-downloaded it, and still nothing. I first question is, can you look up under my account and see if I still have my 2 books for my weather class? Second is, what can we do to fix this?!?

Nobody can see which eBooks you has buy. Adobe are only give the program and the Adobe ID but has no access to the eBooks itself. Which error message you get when try to start?
