Hello, my digital editions will not authorize. Crashes.

I bought a product that is connected to Digital Editions. I was told to download and install Digital Editions 4.5. So I did. Then it had to be authenticated to be used on more than one device. But the authentication program will not work. Nothing happens when I insert my credentials and continue. If i continue one more time, the wwhole Digital Edition Crashes.

    You need only Adobe ID. The other are for other IDs and in the most case you not need it.
    Try right click on Digital Edition and run as admin. Then try to enter data again.

    Windows 8.1. There is some vendor code in the download dialog box that I do not know. Anyone knows what it is for?
