HELP!!!

Frustrated.  Purchased 2 .pdf books for school.  One opened once, and now nothing will open.  Even the "getting started" that comes with Digital Editions will not open.  Have followed all authorization instructions, uninstalled, reinstalled, installed latest version, then older version.  I just want to read my books.

    The exact same thing was happening to me, i installed on Edge and it wasn't working, so i uninstalled, and downloaded it through Google Chrome and it works now. Not sure if it will work for you but it is worth a shot.
