Help: ADE 4.5.6 won't erase authorisation

Hi,

I need to erase the authorisation from my computer and authorise it with my active id but every time I try is says "Unable to Erase Authorisation. Please try after some time." How much time shall I give it? I tried the support from Adobe but the only option they gave was these community forums so I'm relying on you Obi-Wan, you're my only hope...help me Obi-Wan...
