Help De-authorizing devices

hi, I need some help, tried to authorize a new app on my phone and got the too many devices error. the account im using is linked to my aldiko-feedbooks account (it has the same email as my regular adobe account but a different password so i cant log in thru the regular account). i have no idea what devices it thinks if have or any access to those devices to deauthorize thru the device. can anyone help me with deauthorizing? i tried the chat and all i was told was to post to the forum for help... i tried one of the links in another thread (that the chat gave me) and got an error about a token so the chat was no help at all and i'm at a loss. i have to use the aldiko-feedbooks account as it's what the book i was reading was authorized in
