Help - No option on Win10 to open with ADE

I've got a little library  (6 books) on this machine with Win10 in ADE so that shows it has been working okay.  But I borrow a book today from archive.org and it downloads an acsm and that's all that happens.  I can't  open it (or get it to complete the download thing).  when I right click there's no option for 'open with ADE'  and when I select 'other app' and go looking I don't find ADE anywhere.

What's going on?  How can I fix this?

I thought it might fix it if I reinstalled ADE so I did that and it seemed to complete successfully.  But there's no change.  I still can't do anything with that acsm file.  Still can't borrow that book.

    problem gone.  I looked under program files (x86) and there it was - ade - was able to run the acsm file from there.
